Terms of service

The agreement between you and Taploka. Last updated 14 September 2026.

Using the site, the app or any game on it means you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using the service.

1. The service

Taploka is an arcade of browser games. Games can be played without an account. An account is what saves progress across devices, holds a coin balance, and puts a score on a leaderboard.

2. Your account

  • One account belongs to one person. Do not share it, sell it or hand it to someone else.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the Google account it is linked to.
  • An account may be suspended or closed if these terms are broken, or if it is used to defraud another player, a developer or Taploka.
  • You can close the account yourself at any time. See the privacy page.

3. Coins

Coins are a virtual item inside the service, not money, not a deposit, and not a payment instrument.

  • Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player, or taken off the service.
  • Coins are earned by playing, by finishing quests and daily rewards, by watching rewarded ads, from leaderboard payouts, and by buying a coin pack.
  • Coins do not expire while the account is open. Closing the account forfeits the balance.
  • A balance obtained through a bug, an exploit or an automated tool may be corrected or removed, and the account may be closed.
  • Taploka may change the price of a pack, what a game charges, or how coins are earned. Coins already in a balance stay in the balance.

4. Buying coins

  • Prices are shown in rupiah and include the fees charged by the payment provider unless stated otherwise.
  • A purchase on the web is paid through the payment provider shown at checkout. A purchase in the app goes through Google Play and is subject to Google's terms as well.
  • Coins are credited once the provider confirms the payment. If the code expires or the payment fails, nothing is charged and nothing is credited.
  • Cancellations and refunds are set out on the refunds page.

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, automate play, tamper with a game or with the requests it sends, manipulate a leaderboard, or abuse a reward or an ad. Scores obtained that way are removed, coins granted for them are reversed, and the account may be closed.

Do not use a display name that impersonates someone, advertises, or is abusive. A name like that is reset.

6. Games made by other developers

Many games come from independent developers. The developer owns their game and is responsible for its content. A game may be added, updated, paused or removed at any time, including a game you have unlocked. Report a problem with a game through the support contact listed on this site.

7. Availability

The service is offered as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Maintenance, an outage at a provider, or a removed game can all interrupt play. To the extent the law allows, Taploka is not liable for indirect losses, and any liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here removes a right that Indonesian consumer law gives you and cannot be waived.

8. Ending it

You can stop at any time by closing the account. Taploka may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for fraud, or where the law requires it.

9. Changes

A change to these terms is published here with a new date above. Continuing to use the service after that is how the new version takes effect.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms go to the support contact listed on this site.
