How to play

Choose a men-only, women-only, or mixed boarding house at the start. Change the house type using the property sign or Build tab. Start with three modest rooms in an inherited Indonesian boarding house. Match applicants to suitable rooms and manage monthly or yearly rent. Tap rooms to repair them, top up electricity tokens, or renovate from class D to an Exclusive suite. Add rooms and floors, install facilities, and maintain your reputation through student intake seasons. Balance rent against operating costs, handle arrears, and respond to tenant requests. Leaderboards track occupied room-months, rewarding a healthy, growing property. Use the House, Applicants, Tenants, Build, and More tabs. Progress is saved through Taploka; game time pauses while closed. Includes photorealistic resident portraits and five room classes. Available in Indonesian and English.
