How to play
Run emergency department shifts with 35 fictional cases across three hospitals. Triage patients, take histories, examine them, choose tests and actions, then decide diagnoses and dispositions. Start with a three-patient tutorial, improve facilities with in-game cash, and resume cases through Taploka saves. Includes optional Suno instrumental music. Coin shop: 10 Senior Consults for 200 coins, permanent Practice Mode for 350, Specialist Outfit Set for 150. Consults provide hints with a score penalty. Renaming costs 20 coins. Reset keeps coin items and your name. In-game text is Indonesian. This simplified entertainment simulation has not been reviewed by clinicians and is not a medical guide.
